In old downtown Vegas (under the capnoy) they do in fact of $1 minimum tables! They will advertise this a lot, but they trick you since they only have 1 or 2 tables that actual have that betting. So try to get there at off times (if that exists in vegas!)nevertheless, those casinos will have cheap betting, so have fun!
